Columbia, Maryland – November 27, 2023: iNovex, a provider of software development solutions focused on cybersecurity, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), data analysis, and robotic process automation for the Intelligence Community (IC) and Joint Venture managing partner BTS Software Solutions, a provider of intelligence operations, software development, advanced engineering, intelligence training, and strategic advisory services, were the successful bidders of a Next Generation Analyst Contract (NGAC) that will perform Analyst and Reporting functions for critical national security mission operations.
The partnership of the two businesses was established as an SBA-approved Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture. The Mentor-Protégé Program serves as a vehicle to position participating businesses to pursue set aside solicitations protégé businesses individually qualify for. Mentors bring experience to the Joint Venture protégé in areas of business management, the federal procurement process, business development, and marketing among other things.
