iNovex is looking for a Top Secret/SCI (with Polygraph) cleared and driven Senior Program Manager for one of our largest software development contracts, who will be the right hand for our customer to ensure success and maintain quality across tasks.
As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for keeping a pulse on all task orders to ensure they are meeting requirements. If you’re a star when it comes to managing and delegating tasking across teams, we can’t wait to hear from you!

You will maintain a good relationship with the customer.
Serve as the primary touchpoint.
Ensure their needs are being met.
Understand the task orders on the contract and any customer requirements.
Report on any issues as needed.
You will oversee all aspects of the contract for successful delivery to the customer.
Keep an eye on deliverable generation by Deputy Program Manager, making sure you have a pulse of what’s going on with the contract.
Supervise the staffing process from a high level.
You will manage and delegate effectively.
Coordinate regularly with Task Leads.
Assign tasking to the team in a way that best balances workload and delivers results.
Ensure proper performance of tasks for the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
Experience. You have been there before and have managed large software development contracts with ease. You have:
10 + years of program or project management experience.
1+ year of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management
PMP certified OR FAC-P/PM mid-level certified OR Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certified in Program Management.
Experience conducting technical interviews and staffing contracts
Experience preparing deliverables
Industry Knowledge. You are up to date on current regulations and policies in government contracting- Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal
Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.
