iNovex is seeking a Top Secret/SCI (with Polygraph) cleared and skilled developer to help lead the overall architecture of one of the IC’s most used and highly visible systems. Join an exciting software application effort providing enhancements and ongoing architecture changes within a mid-size team following a rapid agile methodology.

Your mission if you choose to accept it.

Start with requirements and collaborate.  

• Development of an enterprise application utilizing Angular 7 and Spring 
• Development on an agile development team with regularly monthly deployments
• Collaborate with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. 
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure operational specifications are met.

 Analyze and provide recommendations.  

• Regularly provide feedback on applications and participate in usability meetings with the customer to demonstrate prototypes/new applications, refine functionality and performance, and to recommend alternative solutions to meet requirements.

What you bring to the team.   

Experience.  You have been there before and have managed large software development contracts with ease. You have:  

• 14+ years of software engineering experience + a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent (can subsitute the degree for an additional 4 years experience)  
• Expertise with Java and Maven/Gradle
• Experience with Spring or experience with Angular 5+ or similar JavaScript frameworks

Desired Skills:

• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar Datastores
• Experience with AWS is a real plus
