The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real- time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. One (1) year experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Two(2) years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery is required. 80% must have: Information Technology – Two (2) years experience with ServiceNow Implementations is required. One (1) year of experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform is required. ServiceNow System Administrator certification OR ServiceNow Application Developer certification is required.
