The primary work to be performed by the Technical Recruiter includes:
• Active recruiting against internal and external vendors through database, job boards and other avenues available.
• Perform full life-cycle recruiting against multiple contract / programs within the Intelligence Community
• Maintain proper documentation at all times within the company ATS system (TALEO)
• Source qualified candidates through social media, cold calls, web searches, referrals, etc….channels
• Prequalify potential candidates
• Perform both phone base and face-to-face interviews
• Perform references for candidates
• Prepare and brief candidates before and after technical interviews
• Have continued follow –up with candidate until disposition is finalized
• Attend all vendor job fair and tradeshow functions
• Actively participate in Retention program and meet retention goals
• Meet monthly recruiting goals and objectives

• Ability to multitask and work independently / prioritize
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong networking and social skills
• Has a sense of urgency and is pro-active in recruiting measures
• Has a positive attitude
• Have a willingness to listen/learn and work until the job is complete
• Willingness to travel (CONUS – 10% time)
Position Requirements:
• 2+ years of direct recruiting for the IC
• Highly proficient using different sourcing strategies
• Must have a positive “can do” attitude, be open-minded, and have the ability to think creatively
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Microsoft Office experience
• Familiarity with relational recruiting databases
• BA/BS from an accredited university or college preferred
• IC community recruitment experience preferred
