Responsibilities:
Lead, further develop and mentor our team of experienced Sourcing, Talent Acquisition Recruiting professionals, with a goal of developing an industry leading team providing full life cycle recruiting.
Partner closely with our Business Development/Capture and Line Leadership by providing industry knowledge and best practices, especially as it pertains to incumbent capture.
Ensure the Talent Acquisition team proactively identifies key personnel/strategic hires by creating a contingent hiring pool for new business transitions.

Collaborate closely with the Talent function(s) on initiatives and strategies for the entire Talent Management team.
Meet with business Leaders and brief on all Capture activities, providing updates on demand planning, accepted offers, openings, and timing of award status, etc.
Drive operational efficiencies across the team to ensure maximized utilization of all the Talent team members.
Refine and lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development plans, to enhance candidate engagement and hiring performance.
Design and execute talent acquisition and recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with workforce planning objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop workforce planning strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including AAP, EEO, OFCCP and pay equity considerations.
Experience briefing C-Suite and other industry senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a strong focus on government contracting, performance management, and workforce planning.
Experience with government contracting, with emphasis on Talent Management and large incumbent capture and transitions.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team to include a focus corporate culture and high levels of integrity and performance.
Recent experience using Taleo or a similar ATS is highly preferred.
Full life cycle recruiting experience, including a comprehensive understanding of compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
Ability to work (On-Site) in our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MD.
