Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations. Leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns. Document operational use cases to support adversary defeat, initiate communications with external support partners, and conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning. Utilize experience with operational planning, have a strong cyber background, ability to effectively communicate requirements, and lead developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client.
Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the agency (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations). External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
